Fraser McDowell has served clients in the financial planning industry since 1993. As a Certified Financial Planner and graduate of the Canadian Securities Course. He has always strived to put the needs of the client ahead of any individual product. Taking a planning approach to the relationship rather than a sales approach all aspects of a client’s financial picture are addressed.
As a specialist in the area of career transition and the integration of business and personal financial planning, he has developed tax and cost efficient strategies for hundreds of clients.

Directly and through strategic referral relationships Fraser strives to help with all aspects of a client’s financial affairs from drafting an overall financial plan, risk management, creating a customized investment portfolio using sophisticated software then building this portfolio using the industry’s best money management. Active investment management, tax and risk minimization are strictly followed. Finally, estate planning and lifestyle choices are carefully addressed.

Executive Assistant to Fraser McDowell
Marina has been working with Fraser assisting in client satisfaction and trouble-shooting since 1996. She grew up and was educated in Calgary and learned the office environment early. She travelled extensively in the 80's which included living in Australia for 4 years. She worked for presidents and CEO's in various office environments.
Marina's biggest asset is working in investor relations and marketing. Continuous people contact and ensuring satisfaction she attributes as the most important aspect of her job. She has resided in Vancouver since 1989 where she married and had two children. She's very involved with their extra-curricular activities and volunteers at their school. On a more personal note, Marina enjoys travelling, home decorating, walking and most importantly, just hanging out with her family.

Lisa joined us in early 2010 as an Processing Administrator, and has recently advanced her position as Operations Assistant.
Lisa’s education background is in Commerce and Business Administration; holding an Accounting Management Diploma and a General Business Diploma. She came to Perler Financial with 7 years’ experience working as a Customer Service Representative with a major financial institution and several years’ experience working in the accounting field.
As the Operations Assistant, Lisa oversees the Processing Department, and assists with administrative responsibilities related to the operations. She has a very diligent work ethic, is extremely organized, pays attention to detail, and keeps a very pleasant demeanour. All of these skills combined makes her a valuable member of our team.
Outside the office, Lisa enjoys to travel, shop and spend time with family and friends.
Stefanie has been part of our team since 2007, bringing along with her 13 years’ experience in customer service environments.
Stefanie has a warm disposition and genuine interest in our clients’ health and wellbeing. As such, don’t be surprised if Stefanie gets to know you by name, starts to memorize what you like in your coffee, and learns more about your interests when you come into our reception while waiting for your appointment.
Aside from being responsible of her domain of the reception area, Stefanie helps prepare files and assists other team members with a variety of administrative tasks.
